Terms & Conditions:

Identification: One of the main guests are required to present their original Emirates ID or Passport to the captain at the time of arrival.

Arrival Time: We strongly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid losing time on the cruise.

Number of Guests: Government regulations require we count each guest on our yachts, including minors of ALL ages. Please do not exceed the yacht’s capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board.

Payment Terms & Deposit:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the rental date.
  • Public holiday bookings (e.g., New Year, Eid) require full payment upfront and are non-refundable.

Pricing:

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of any errors. We recommend securing your reservation and paying in full to lock in rates.

  • Cash
  • Credit Card (a 3% transaction fee may apply)
  • Bank Transfer / ATM Deposit (Please send a receipt via email)

Cancellation & Reservation Policy:

  • Cancellations are effective upon receipt of written notice by The Arabian Life Cruises.
  • No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 72 hours of the trip.
  • Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
  • A 100% fee applies to No-Shows.
  • Public holiday bookings are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your charter due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, mechanical issues, Coast Guard restrictions, or new laws. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or time.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Responsibilities & Liabilities:

  • All yacht charters are subject to UAE regulations. Any fines resulting from guest noncompliance will be passed on, and the charter may be canceled without a refund.
  • Guests must follow the skipper’s instructions, including the use of life jackets when required.
  • Water littering is prohibited.
  • Swimming more than three meters from the yacht is not allowed for safety reasons.
  • Jumping off the yacht while in motion is forbidden.
  • Pets are not allowed on board.
  • Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
  • Fishing must comply with UAE regulations.

Anti-Social Behavior: Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the charter.

General Liability: The Arabian Life assumes no liability for loss, injury, accidents, sickness, or death during the trip, either on or off the yacht.

Captain’s Authority: The captain has full authority over navigation, crew, passengers, and onboard activities for safety reasons. Unsafe activities may be prohibited.

Responsibility for Children:

  • Guests under the age of 21 are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
  • Children under 10 must wear life jackets at all times.

Dress Code: For safety reasons, footwear must be removed during the charter.

Damage Waiver & Liabilities: Any damage to the yacht caused by guests will be charged to the booker or the responsible individual.

Weather Policy: If the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will offer either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit may be required depending on the yacht.
